Police arrests 3 OGWs of LeT

SRINAGAR, Jan 20: Police today arrested three over ground workers of the Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) from Handwara in the frontier district of Kupwara.
Police said here that these over ground workers of LeT were apprehended while they were coercing people to donate money for the militant outfit.
While giving details, police said that they were arrested on a specific information. The three have been identified as Mohammad Rafiq son of Khazir Mohammad Dar resident of Badrah, Aabid Hussain Rather son of Sonaullah resident of Muqam, Hindwanpora and Abdul Rashid Khoja son of Abdul Rahim resident of Kralgund.
Police said they were coercing the inhabitants of Muqam and Hindwanpora, villagers to donate money for the LeT outfit.
Police said five letter pads of LeT outfit were recovered from them on the spot. A case has been registered in police station Kralgund, Handwara in this regard, police added.
