| Shiva RSI clinches roller hockey trophy | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Jan 20: Host Shiva Roller Skating Institute (SRSI) won the roller hockey trophy by blanking Jodhamal Public School 7-0 in the summit clash of the State Roller Skating Championship, organised by J&K Roller Skating Association at Peerkho, here.
Earlier, in the preliminary round match, Shiva Roller Skating Institute defeated Roller Athlete Skating Club, Jindrah 11-0.
Hrithik Sharma was adjudged as best player for scoring maximum nine goals in the competition while Maheshwar Sharma netted second highest five goals.
Charanjyot Singh Madaan, a student of Army School, Kaluchak, who played for Shiva Roller Institute, was declared best goalkeeper.
In the final and prize distribution function, vice-president of the Association, PK Aggarwal, Roshan Gupta and PP Singh were among those present. |
