Jammu, Jan 20: In a petition filed by 36 petitioners claims to be unemployed youths and were running Khokas at different places in Railway Head Complex Jammu and seeking not to dislodge them, the J&K High Court Jammu Wing issued notice State of J&K through Chief Secretary, VC JDA, Secretary JDA and SHO P/S Trikuta Nagar Jammu returnable within four weeks with a direction that present position of the petitioners shall not be interfered with except in accordance with law till next date of hearing. Vacation Judge of J&K High Court Jammu Wing Justice Has nain Massodi after hearing Adv KL Pandita issued notice State of J&K through Chief Secretary, VC JDA, Secretary JDA and SHO P/S Trikuta Nagar Jammu returnable within four weeks and in the meantime the present position of the petitioners shall not be interfered with except in accordance with law till next date of hearing.
