| Power shut down | | | Early times Report
JAMMU, Jan 21: In order to conduct mandatory relay testing of 220 KV/132 KV C & R panels, the power supply to Kathua, Hiranagar, Samba, Billawar, Mahanpur and Bari-Barhamna including industrial areas and Kathua, Hiranagar, Samba, Billawar, Mahanpur and Bari-Barhamna including industrial areas (on rotational basis) shall remain affected on January 22, 2012 from 1000 hours to 1200 hours and 1200 hours to 1700 hours respectively.
Similarly to carry out the work of replacement of damaged discs at various locations of the transmission line, the shutdown of 132 KV D/C Canal-Miransahib transmission line on January 22, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. is allowed.
According to Chief Engineer, S&O Wing, Jammu, there will be no curtailment as 50 MVA transformer shall be fed from 132 KV Gladni-Miransahib transmission line.
