| Mufti condoles demise of Altaf's sister | | | EARLYTIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Jan 22: Former Chief Minister and patron of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Mufti Mohammad Sayeed has condoled the sad demise of Shehnaz Begum, daughter of veteran politician Mian Bashir and sister of Minister for Forests and Environment, Mian Altaf Ahmad.
Shehnaz Begum passed away here in a road accident on Friday evening.
Mufti Mohammad Sayeed visited residence of Mian Bashir and expressed sympathy with members of the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
Sayeed also visited the residence of Ashok Jogi, senior leader of PDP, to condole demise of his mother.
He expressed his sympathy with the bereaved family.
