Jammu, Jan 23: Multiple Action Research Group and Luxmi Ram Leela Club Salehar jointly organized a function to felicitate Vijay Kumar the winner of National Youth Award 2011 which was conferred upon him on 149th Birthday of Swami Vivekanand Ji during National Youth Festival at Mangalore in Karnataka.
