| Jan distributes ReT appointment orders | | | Early Times Report
Poonch Jan 23: MLA Poonch Ajaz Jan today distributed appointment orders in respect of Rehbar-e-Taleem (ReT) teachers in a very impressive function organized by education department at Dak Bungalow Poonch. While handing over appointment orders he congratulated the new entrants for joining the biggest family in the country. He termed ReT's as more of service than a job cause in a job what you are paid is the primary factor but what you contribute is the driving force. Speaking on the occasion Jan revealed that Education Sector has been among the priority sectors of the Government and the Government is fully committed for the upliftment and boosting the rural literacy for which ReT scheme has been started in the district with an aim to boost the Education system in rural and far flung areas of the region besides decreasing dropout ratio and boost literacy rate. He hoped that with the implementation of this scheme in the District the literacy rate in the rural and far off places will certainly improve. Jan also informed that literacy rate in the district has considerably increased with the incorporation of ReT scheme. Among prominent present on the occasion included Chief Education Officer (CEO) Poonch Mohd. Ashraf Chowan, Satish Kumar ZEO Kuniya, Haji Mumtaz Hussain ZEO Nangali, M. Majid ZEO Sathra, Mohd Sharif ZEO Poonch, Ghulam Hussain ZEPO, Qazi Sr Assitant, S.A Chowan, Gulam Ahmed Malik and officers of education department Poonch. |
