| Khajuria gets construction of Sain Samaj Complex started | | |

JAMMU, JAN 24: BJP National Executive Member & MLA from Jammu East Assembly Constituency Ashok Khajuria visited Sain Samaj complex in Jain School Lane where he got started the work for a hall in presence of Sain Samaj President Kasturi Lal and Kashyap Rajput Sabha President Vaishno Dogra.
An amount of Rs 4.5 lakh has been made available by the MLA for this purpose who also announced an additional amount of Rs 5 lakh for construction of first storey of the building.
Speaking on the occasion Khajuria said that the people of Jammu are already suffering a lot and the recent decision to levy rupees 600 per year by the JMC under the name of user charges and making hike by the PHE from existing rupees 360 to rupees 800 as water charges will create more problems for the Jammuites.
He said that these charges are unjustified and the party will not allow the government to work in dictatorial manner. He asked the government not to levy such charges as the people are already burdened with the price rise.
Sanjeev Gupta, Rajinder Kumar, Mohan Lal, Bodhu Pahalwan, Shammi, Raju Khajuria, Sanjay Kumar, Om Parkash and others were prominent among those present on the occasion. |
