| HC imposes restrictions on JKCA bank operation | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 24: Vacation Judge, Justice JP Singh today in a petition filed by International Cricket Club and Ors against J&K Cricket Association directed the JCKA not to operate its bank account through bearer/self cheques. The HC issued notice to state of J&K through Chief Secretary, J&K Cricket Association through its General Secretary Ashan Ahmed Mirza, Dr. Farooq Abdullah Union Minister for Renewable Energy as President JKCA, Mohd Aslam Goni as Chairman JKCA and others.
The court after hearing the parties directed the JKCA not to operate its Bank Accounts through Self/Bearer Cheques till next date of hearing. JNF |
