| VKM organizes 'Voters Awareness Programme' | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 26: Vichar Kranti Manch, International holds 'Voters Awareness Programme' at Sangrampur which was organized at Vichar Kranti Manch International at Rose Garden Public High School, Sangrampur, Jammu.
S K Jain, Chairman, VKMI was the Chief Guest while the meeting was presided over by Uday Chand, Chairman, Anti Corruption cum Public Grievance Cell, VKMI.
The programme was organized by Kulbhushan Khajuria, Sarpanch & Chairman, Rural Development & Reforms Cell, VKMI, and Ashwani Sharma, Sarpanch Sangrampur, both were guest of honour and both office bearers of JKEDA organisation.
Addressing large number of people, males, females, youth belonging to Sangrampur Panchayat beside staff & senior students of the high School, Uday Chand, S K Jain, Kulbhushan Khajuria, Ashwani Sharma, C M Sharma, Madan Mohan Sharma, Madam Sunita & Dr R.R.Khajuria expressed their views emphasizing role of voters and importance of the vote which has potential power of changing the Governments.
They appealed the participants not to succumb neither to muscle or money power or alcohol nor any petty benefits and exercise visionary approach for common welfare and development of area. Literature on voter awareness was also distributed by VKMI related to election of MP/MLA/Sarpanch & Panch etc. |
