| HC stays transfer of statistical assistant | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 27 : Vacation Judge Justice JP Singh stayed transfer order of Mohd Jaleel Malik presently working as Statistical Assistant in the Officer District Statistical & Evaluation Officer Ramban. In the petition it has been submitted that the transfer of petitioner from Statistical & Evaluation Ramban to SSP Traffic which is punitive and stigmatic in nature and contrary to the law and outcome of the malafide intentions of Chief Planning Officer Ramban as the petitioner has refused to adjust his forged and bogus bills. The court after hearing the petitioner issued notice to the respondents and in the meanwhile order of Directorate Economics and Statistical Jammu dated December 28, 2011 and Chief Planning Officer Ramban's order dated December 12, 2011 are stayed till next date of hearing.
