Inter college competetion on Save Oil held in RM College

Jammu, Jan 27: R.M College of Education in collaboration with Indian Oil Corporation Limited "IOCL" organized inter college symposium, essay writing and slogan writing competition on the theme "Save fuel yani Save money" in the college premises today.
Students from Sai Shyam College of education, Handa College of Education, Galaxy College of Education, New Modern college of Education, MIER College of education, R M college of management and IT,B N College of Education, TASC of Education, J K college of Education etc participated in the competition.
K K Bhatt, regional director, IGNOU was the chief guest on the occasion and Namrata Sharma, corporator, Sainik Colony was the guest of honour.
Arti Bakshi from Deptt of psychology , university of Jammu and Anuradha Goswami from Deptt of Women's Studies University of Jammu adjudged the competitors. Guests were formally welcomed by trustee of the college Rita Mengi.
Masoom (MIER college of education),Vikram Singh Jamwal (R M college of management and IT) and Naqsh Nourween (New Modern College) were adjudged first, second and third respectively in symposium competition.
In the essay writing competition, Sahil Sharma (Galaxy College), Sheetal Sharma (MIER college) and Tanveer (B N college) were adjudged 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively.
In the slogan writing competition, Saima Beigh (BN College), Swati Langer(New Modern College) and Isha Suri (MIER College) stood first, second and third respectively.
Rameshwar Mengi, chairman of the college announced the results and congratulated the winners and other participants. Chief Guest, K.K.Bhat in his address appreciated the college management for organizing such programmes. Lastly, vote of thanks was presented by principal of the college, P.K.Dhar. At last, refreshment was served to all. The whole programme was compared by Priyanka Sharma.
