| Alumni meet preparations reviewed | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 28: To finalize the preparations for Alumni meet a review meeting was held in Sri Ranbir Higher Secondary School Parade, Jammu.
The meeting which was chaired by school Principal H D Qureshi, they discussed at length the whole preparations for successful organization of first ever Alumni meet scheduled for February 18. The meeting assigned the responsibilities to various Committees constituted for the purpose that include Organizing Committee, reception committee, cultural committee, media committee, refreshment and purchase committee.
The meeting expressed its pleasure that for the first time such a mega event is being organized in the Institution to recollect the golden memories with the ex. students of the institution. Qureshi, the Principal of the Institution while speaking on this occasion expressed that the main aim of organizing the Alumni meet is to revive the relations with the ex students of the institution who have earned name and fame after completing their studies from this prestigious institution. Qureshi elaborated that the meet will provide an opportunity to about three thousand students to share the experience with the elder ex. students and enable them to know the secret of their successes in the life.
