| Prof. Gupta announced 3 lacs for school | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 28: Prof. Chaman Lal Gupta, MLA Jammu West has announced Rupees 3 lacs out of his constitutional fund for the construction of additional class rooms of the Govt. Middel School, ward-40, Kabir Colony ,here yesterday.
Prof. Gupta was speaking at the Republic Day function organized by the Village Education Committe. And essured every possible help for the upgradition of the school.
On this occasions Social Worker and energetic yongh leader Mr Raja Vivek put many problems of the area before the Prof. Gupta who essured to redress the problems at the eartlist. Raja Vivek said that being a true Indian he felt proud to host the National Flag but it was important for him to so solve the problems being faced by the people of the area.
The students of the school presented caltlurial programs which was highly appriciated.
On this occasion hundereds of resident of the area including members of the committe Anuradha Krishna, Ravinder Koul, Prathvi Chowan, Krishan Kesar, Tej Ram , Mulakh Raj were present.The Principal of the school Mrs. Pushpa Verma thanked the Prof. Gupta and the member of the committee for grassing the occasion. |
