| Spiritual master is a must for self realization | | | Dr. K. Krishna
I very often use to disclose in the Spiritual Awareness Society's Satsangs about all the secrets and stages which come across on the path of Self Realization as I want to make my fellow beings completely free from all type of bondages of the scriptural knowledge through fake temptation and showy attraction and false hope of the fulfillment of desired objects of the theoretical preaching either through jugglery of words or juggler shows named as miracles.
I want to make the lives of human beings practical and exemplary so that I may lead them all towards inward journey in order to realize the secrets of 'Shabd and Surat'.
I want my Satsangies and other associates must be regular in practice of chanting of eternal word 'AUM' which is the real physician to cure all the diseases of the transmigratory existence and which is the cause of all worries, woes and repent.
In other words 'AUM' is the only divine name which can lead one's mind towards 'Trikuti' through 'Sushmana' - the spiritual passage of the mind. The upliftment of Mind- the first born child of the 'Purush' and the 'Prakriti' is in real sense the Controller and Director of our all the physical activities including perception, conception, decisions, thoughts and Yog but unrealized and so-called gurus of very poor spiritual knowledge and vision talk about the killing or subduing the mind which is the principal force and the actual 'ARJUNA' who has to win the battle which is going on to be fought in our day to day life between the virtuous and the vicious forces of the Body, Mind and the Nature.
The Aum- the eternal Divine Naam is the only and only greatest force whose eternal vibration with upward trend leads our Mind towards 'Trikuti' passing through 'Sushmna' via all the nine chakras upto 'Trikuti' where the mind will get its permanent seat with full exaltation and becomes the universal mind. It is only due to regular chanting of 'Aum'.
The Indian School of Thoughts since time immemorial, has been highlighting the importance of Yoga in the life of human beings. The so many saints from time to time have tried their best to apprise the common masses about the purpose of Yoga and its utility in life yet very few have realized and comprehended the true meaning of Yog. At present Yog is misconcepted as the performances of some physical exercises or Asanas as it happened in schools in the early days but for me, Yoga means the union of the Mind, Body and the Self but Anand Yoga means the union of MIND with SELF which leads the mind to a state of exaltation when MIND gets its permanent seat at 'Trikuti' where mind's unflinching and drizzling light shines where ordinary Self which entirely depends on material sources known as Jeevatma becomes Soul after exclaiming loudly "Oh So-Aham, Aham So" but this union of Anand Yoga has become possible only through the regular and systematically chanting of 'Aum'.
This will be the state of peace, bliss, prosperity and universal love. I sincerely and morally accept this state of equilibrium is very very far off from the range of the people who are performing Bhakti or adopting repetition of holy scriptures, performing rituals, Yagya Havans and sacrificial fires. This type of worship can be much beneficial for all those who are only for material wealth, power, high rank position and material exaltation. It has nothing to do with the equilibrium of mind where Mind, Soul and Body work in unison.
By regular chanting of Aum atleast twice a day in the morning and evening on a bad conductor with straight backbone for 5- 10 minutes each time, one can bring about the union of Mind (Arjuna) with Soul (Krishna).
However, by regular chanting of Aum, we cannot subdue the flow of thoughts but instead we evolve our Mind, elevate it to a higher state of exaltation and the individual mind becomes the Universal Mind where it enjoys the state of thoughtlessness (Shunya). At that stage the following questions appear:-
i) Who am I ?
ii) From where have I come ?
iii) Why have I come ?
iv) What is life ?
v) Is there any goal to be achieved in this life ?
By chanting 'Aum' one can gradually withdraw one's mind from senses (Gyan Indrias & Karam Indrias).
The innocent masses have got a lot of wrong notions as directed by the self-styled Sadh Gurus who even do not know the meaning of Sadh or Guru and exploit the way wandering innocent people who are passing through multiple hardships, self-made worries, problems and woes. So far as spiritual Guru is concerned he must be a fully realized Soul and enlightened one with the practical field work in the spiritual field. Such type of Spiritual Master or Guru has only to make the masses completely free from all type of exploitations through holy scriptures or by quotation of Sanskrit Shalokas from the religious granths. The spiritual enlightened and realized guru have nothing to do with the virtuous or the wicked nature as the virtuous or wicked tendencies are concerned only with the naughty Mind which still remains in the Muladhara and playing in the hands of Gian Indrias.
Let me tell you from within that I am not a worldly selfish man who is always for his material advancement or only to enjoy the lustful pleasures. I am the mean to know your past and to make your present very blissful, paving the way for a glorious future with the realization of the SELF. In other words, I am a mirror which do reflects your past, present and future ultimately manifesting you the Parm Tatva i.e. the real I.
Morally speaking I want to bring you all who have become the tools or the dolls in the hands of so many religious but fraudulent corrupt Dharam Gurus, to a state where you become one with the infinite and realize your infinity, while still living in the world you cross all the limits of time, space, distance and so-called death.
I want to create a state of exaltation in spiritual field for all those who are actually desirous and ambitious to know the real values. I can bring a state of equilibrium for all who are sincere and aspirant for Self Realization, where unknown becomes known and one can explain with enjoy and excitement that he is 'HE'. He is 'I' (Me) but finally with exaltation, unbelievable and inexpressible, the individual will find that the merger is complete and total.
He vanishes and only & only but remains 'I' the ultimate eternal and infinite truth. Only I remain which is all pervading, omniscient, omnipresent and all prevailing.
No Sadh Guru is entitled to take you all towards the state of Self Realization who is still wandering in sins and virtuous deeds and prayer of different gods and goddesses whether they may be imaginary or the great persons of the past.
The Spiritual Guru who is supposed to impart you the true Naam and technique to proceed towards Self Realization, must have crossed all the stages and phases which do come in the spiritual field and have fully realized himself.
In case you may happen to find or spiritual guru may come in your life, never miss the chance as such type of realized Guru can bestow you or guide you to attain the sublime stage to become an Avtari Purush. Then, of your own accord, you can come on the world scene and depart whenever you like but before that the individual 'I' have/had to become the universal 'I'.
Whenever I say the Anand Yog, I always mean that the Body, Mind and Soul must have become one while living in the physical body. The mind will have no stray thought either mischievous or virtuous.
The Sadhak must have become Soul instead of Self so that he may sail smoothly in the stormy sea of the turbulent ocean of the world.
I may request and suggest all the human beings who want salvation from their transmigratory existence, must have firm faith in their real Self and chant 'Aum' sincerely for their all round development and upliftment of mind from 'Muladhara' to 'Trikuti'.
