| 200 ASIs promoted as SIs | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 30: The State Level Departmental Promotion Committee of Jammu and Kashmir Police were held at Police Headquarters (PHQ) today under the chairmanship of Director General of Police (DGP), Kuldeep Khoda, in which more than 200 promotion cases were cleared.
The Committee scrutinized more than 300 cases of Assistant-Sub Inspectors (ASIs) for promotion as Sub-Inspectors (SIs) in the Executive Police, out of these cases 202 cases of Assistant Sub-Inspectors were found eligible and cleared for the promotion as Sub Inspectors by the committee.
Similarly more than 100 cases of Sub-inspectors and Inspectors were also cleared for the grade promotions in the Organization. |
