Doda police brings one accused from Delhi | 6 arrested for selling intoxicants in Doda | | Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 30: Six drug peddlers were arrested for supplying intoxicants drugs to addicts in Doda by Doda police, police said. Meanwhile Doda police also raided Medical Shop at Jamia Masjid Delhi and arrested one person who was brought to Doda for further investigation in this matter. According to police, "the arrests were made on the revelation of a lady namely Shazia Begum wife of Imtiaz Ahmed Parray, arrested a couple of days ago from Asthan Mohalla on a specific information. She was arrested with huge haul of intoxicant drugs i.e. 2600 capsules of SPM-PRX which were recovered from her, police said. Further, on the disclosure of the arrested six drug supplier namely Najeeb Ahmed alias Raju Gunda, Irshad Ahmed alias Irshad Chanta, Nissar Ahmed alias Bitta Begum, Shakeela Begum alias Taya, Yasir Ahmed alias Thapa and Bansi Lal proprietor of Nagrik Medical Shop, a police team conducted raid in a Medical Shop at Jamia Masjid Delhi where one Mohd Inayat son of Himayatulah resident of Chori Bazaar Delhi was arrested and brought to Doda for further investigation. The entire operation was done on the supervision of SP Doda Arif Rishu. |
