| Madan Lal Aggrawal booked u/s RPC 420 | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 30: Madan Lal Aggarwal popularly known as Bania, Jammu based businessman once again was booked by City police for running illegal dental clinic in Ragunath Bazar here today, police said.
Police sources said that a case under FIR NO 6/2012 under section 420 RPC was registered against the accused.
"The case was registered against him following health department lodge complaint that a Jammu based businessman namely Madan Lal Aggarwal was running two clinics- Vishw Swasthya Sansthan and a dental clinic without proper registration with the concerned nodal authorities which poised great threat to the health of the people, police added. |
