| Police launches hunt for Distt Pres Cong (Y) | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 30: Rajouri police has started a massive hunt for District President of youth Congress of Rajouri Advocate Imtayaz Ahmed, who is still at large after killing a youth in a hit and run case.
The youth congress president was booked for murder case and police have constituted different teams which were sent to nab the absconding leader, a police official said.
He said that the accused with his vehicle had allegedly hit the motorbike yesterday in which a person namely Tahir Khan, son of Mohd Mustaq Khan with his fiancée namely Lubina Kouser daughter of Mohd Afzal Khan, both the residents of Kappa-Kha village in Dhani Dhar got injuries.
Lubiya was wounded critically, while her fiancée succumbed to his critical injuries later.
"The girl has been undergoing treatment in GMC hospital for treatment," the police official added. |
