Bhalla inspects pace of developmental works at Chattha | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 31: Minister for Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation, Raman Bhalla said that road connectivity is playing a key role for socio-economic transformation of a society, adding that a massive road up gradation has been started across the state. This was stated by the minister while addressing a public gathering at Chattha. He also had extensive tour to inspect pace of development work under execution in the area. He said Government is committed to fulfill the aspirations of the people adding that a massive developmental plan has been initiated across the state, to address the developmental needs of the people under various sectors. Responding to the demands of the people, the minister directed to the executive agency for construction of 500 meter long link road from Bhoar Camp to Alsi Aahta including shingle metal, premix and retaining wall also. He directed to the concerned authority for early completion of the road project which is being constructed at a cost of Rs 46 lakh in the area besides completion of pending development work of Shamshan Ghat area at Bhoar Camp, so that people should not face any trouble on this account. |
