| Management Development programme on rganizational development concluded | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 31 : One week Management Development Programme on Organizational Development organsied by MSME Development Institute, Jammu in technical collaboration with College of Management, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University at M/s DMS Petrochemicals Pvt. Ltd. Bah Brahmana, Jammu got concluded.
The valedictory function was chaired by Shri Virinder Sharma, Director, MSME Dl, Jammu and Dr Sourabh Srivasta from College of Management, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University was the Chief Guest on this occasion.
The valedictory function started with the welcome address delivered by Shashi Raj, coordinator of the Programme from MSME Dl, J&K. Shashi Raj also told the dignitaries and the participants about the topics covered during this programme.
He informed that during this one week Programme the participants were exposed to various inputs like. Creating Organizational effectiveness, Organization culture building, Enabling communication, Employee engagement, Team building and High performance team building etc. that lead to the organizational development resulting in the development of the employees of the particular organization
While delivering his address Virinder Sharma, Director, MSME Development Institute, J&K, Jammu told the participants that this programme will benefit the participants to build a positive mind set and will also motivate them to develop their work culture resulting in their development and also in the development of the organization.
While delivering his address Dr. Saurabh Srivastav, Professor College of Management, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University told the participants that by organizing this Programme the participants will feel motivated to work for the development and promotion of an organization which in turn will be beneficial for the manpower engaged with the organization. Others who spoke on the occasion were Dr. Sunil Giri from College of Management, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University and Shri Vipan Wazir, Director, DMS Petrochemicals Pvt. Ltd. Bari Brahmana, Jammu S S Wazir, Managing Director, M/s DMS Petrochemicals conveyed his thankfulness to the Director MSME Dl Jammu and College of Management, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University for arranging such a result oriented training programme. He also conveyed his thanks to other dignitaries present on the occasion. |
