| Full Court reference to mourn the demise of Justice ML Bhat | | | Jammu, Jan-31:- Today a Full Court reference mourned the sad demise of Justice Moti Lal Bhat (retired Judge).
The Full Court reference was presided over by Chief Justice FM Ibrahim Kalifulla and other judges of the High Court including Justice Virender Singh, Justice JP Singh and Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar.
On this occasion Chief Justice said that his death is sure to cause an aching void in the hearts of the members of his family. His loss is irreparable for the legal fraternity and his memories will linger on in our minds. Chief Justice on behalf of the brother judges express deep sympathies with the bereaved members of the family of the deceased and observed silence in honour of the departed soul.
At this occasion President Bar Association Jammu Adv BS Salathia paid rich tribute to the Justice Moti Lal Bhat on behalf of Bar Association Jammu and on behalf of State Govt. Advocatel General MI Qadiri paid rich tribute. On behalf of Union of India Mr. KK Pangotra ASGI paid rich tribute.
