| One arrested with 120 intoxicant capsules | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Rajouri Jan 31: Rajouri police today achieved a major success in its Anti-drugs campaign by nabbing a person along with 120 intoxicant capsules. Meanwhile police also arrested one more person alongwoth 20 bottles of illicit liquor.
Police sources said following a specific information that a person running a tea stall in Gujjar Mandi area is involved in illegal dealing of drugs. Police team under the supervision of DySP Headquarters Mohd Rashid along with SHO Rajouri Inspector Ds Katoch raided the shop. During the checking of shop, police recovered a consignment of 120 intoxicant capsules that was hidden inside the refrigerator. Police arrested Zubair Hussain and registered a case against FIR number 41/2012 under Narcotic Drugs and Psychatric substances (NDPS) act against him at Police Station Rajouri. Meanwhile police today also arrested a person named Harpal Singh from Narian area of Rajouri along with 20 bottles of desi wine. The accused has been arrested while a case with FIR number 39/2012 has been registered. |
