| HC keep 'selection of Teacher District Jammu' in abeyance | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Feb 1: In a petition filed by Sanjay Kumar Sharma against the selection of Jagdish Lal Salgotra as Teacher in the Jammu District Cadre, High Court ordered that selection of private respondent No 4 as Teacher District Cadre Jammu shall remain in abeyance till next date.
Justice JP Singh of J&k High Court Jammu after hearing Adv PN Bhat appearing for the petitioner issued notice to Principal Secreatry Education Dept, Director School Education, Secretary SSRB and private respondent Jagdish Lal Salgotra and ordered that meanwhile selection of private respondent No 4 as Teacher District Cadre Jammu shall remain in abeyance till next date.
According to petition the petitioner claims to have more eligible candidate being ALC category then the selected candidate but was ignored by the Service Selection Recruitment Board. --- (JNF) |
