Kishtwar, Feb 1: In the incident of mysterious firing on a youth at Kitchloo Mohalla here on Monday last,, chief judicial magistrate (CJM) Ashwani Kumar has ordered SHO, Kishtwar police station, to register an FIR against the guilty cop.
Mushtaq Ahmad, a follower in police, had allegedly fired upon Imran Baghwan. After police and district administration did not act upon his complaint, Imran filed a petition in the CJM's court.
After hearing his counsel, the judge, under section 156 of CrPC, directed SHO, Kishtwar police station, vide order No 613/CJM to register FIR against the accused under sections 307, 341 and 323 of RPC and investigate the matter and submit the compliance report to the court. |
