| J&K's Tug of War team wins bronze in Senior National | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 2: The state tug of war team clinched a bronze medal in the recently held 24th Senior National Men's Tug-of-War Championship at Satara in Maharashtra. J&K won medal in 600 kg weight category of under-23 age group.
On their return, the team was felicitated by the Jammu and Kashmir Tug of War Association in a function held here this afternoon. The team members were introduced with incharge Secretary J&K State Sports Council, Kiran Wattal, Association president, Hardeep Singh Anand and vice-president Kuldeep Gupta by the officials, A Kumar and Gokul Verma.
The Team: Jatinderpal Singh, Davinder Singh, Vinay Salaria, Pankaj Gupta, Sukhvinder Singh, Karanjeet Singh, Aamir Muzaffar, Faisal Manzoor and Harsimran Singh. |
