| Niaz demands stock of essential commodities | | | EARLY TIMES Report
Bhaderwah, Feb 2: Former Minister and Congress MLA Bhadrwah Mohd.Sharief Niaz has appealed to the government for making immediate arrangements for stocking essential commodities like Kerosene oil, LPG gas, medicines, ration in the erstwhile District Doda keeping in view the forecast made by the metrology department for heavy snow fall from Ist week of this month.
In a statement issued here today Niaz said that the people of the hilly area are already facing a lot of problems due to recent heavy snowfall and in the upper reaches still there is near about two meters snow yet on the surface as such the sufficient essential commodities needs to be stored in advance in the area so that the people may not face any inconvenience due to the dearth of adequate stock.
