| Pr. Session Judge issues notice to SDM Bhaderwah | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Bhaderwah, Feb 2: Principal Session Judge Bhaderwah SK Bhagat issued notice to the Sub Divisional Magistrate Bhaderwah Shyam Vinod Meena to appear before the Pr. Session Judge Bhaderwah. The Principal Session Judge asked SDM Bhaderwah to file reply in a criminal revision petition filed by Adv JS Jamwal (Additional Central Govt Standing Cunsel challenging the validity of the orders passed proceedings initiated U/Ss 133,136,and 137 of Jammu and Kashmir Criminal Procedure Code by the Sub Divisional Magistrate Bhaderwah Shyam Vinod Commanding 114 RCC GREF being ultra vires. |
