Special Tribunal restrained JDA from taking action | JDA demolition case | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Feb 2: In an appeal filed by Vikas Gupta s/o Professor Chaman Lal Gupta through Anil Gupta attorney holder alleging demolition by JDA authorities, J&K Special Tribunal Jammu ordered JDA shall restrained itself from taking any action on its own or on besides of any confidential directions it so claims to have received from JMC. Mrs. Sunita Sharma IAS Member J&K Special Tribunal Jammu after hearing Adv Aditya Gupta appearing for the petitioner Anil Gupta observed that it is further informed in open court that besides partial illegal demolition action, JDA intends to proceed further and applicant requested protection against illegal action by JDA, in the light what is stated Special Tribunal ordered JDA shall restrained itself from taking any action on its own or on besides of any confidential directions it so claims to have received from JMC. Upon this J&K Tribunal issued notice to JDA and JMC to appear before the Court. JNF Attorney holder Anu Gupta alleged that order dated February 1, 2012 as action taken by the respondent by demolition part of the building constructed by the appellant on a piece of land leased out by the JDA on May 22, 2003 pursuant to open auction and approved site plan and building plan prayer for setting aside the same. |
