| Court adjourned arguments on Quantum | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Feb 3: Principal Sessions Judge Jammu adjourned the murder case of Nitin Sharma who conducted love marriage with the daughter of SSP Karnail Singh for judgment/order on February 4, 2012.
Today Principal Sessions Judge Jammu Jang Bhadur Singh Jamwal adjourned the murder case of Nitin Sharma who conducted love marriage with the daughter of SSP Karnail Singh for judgment/order on February 4, 2012.
Court has already convicted namely Naresh Kumar son of Hans Raj, Sohan Lal alias Sonu alias Khand son of Amarnath, Jeet Kumar alias Jeeta son of Thoru Ram, Jaimal Singh alias Jeebu son of Sat Pal, Daleep Singh alias Lucky son of Puran Chand and Suresh Kumar son of Babu Ram for commission of offence u/s 120-B, 302, 364 RPC and against accused Ratno Devi wife of Karnail Singh and Karnail Singh then SSP (IRP) Rajouri son of Khazan Chand for commission of Offence u/s 120-B, 302 and 109 RPC.
According to the police case Nitin Sharma who conducted love marriage with the daughter of accused SSP and his dead body was found in the Canal in the month of August, 2005 and arrested above said accused persons.
Meanwhile 2nd Additional Sessions Judge adjourned the case of Sewak Singh for Monday on February 6, 2012 for further arguments on quantum in much publicized murder case of PSI Ajay Gupta. (JNF) |
