Govt. playing with the future of the students : NPSU | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 3: National Panthers Students union (NPSU) held a massive protest demonstration in different colleges of the Jammu province including GGM Sc. College, SPMR college of Commerce, GDC Ploura, GDC Bishnah, GDC Akhnoor, Govt. polytechnic college, GDC Ramnagar, GDC Udhampur, GDC Billawar, GDC Kathua, GDC Ramban, GDC Samba and Jammu University against the New Recruitment policy. Students of GGM Science College boycotted their classes under the banner of NPSU and were led by Vikram Partap Singh and Yogesh Talwar. After boycotting their classes the students gathered in front of Chemistry department of the college where they were addressed by the various NPSU leaders. Later they marched towards the main gate of the college where they burnt the effigy of CM of the state after a ding-dong battle with the police personals. Students of University of Jammu also held a massive protest demonstration outside the main gate of the University under the leadership of Th. Virender Singh. While speaking on the occasion Th. Virender Singh said that NPSU will leave no stone unturned until and unless this decision is taken back. He said the Hon'ble Governor of the State should interfere in this matter and the government should be dissolved and governor rule should be implemented in the State. Speaking on the occasion Partap Singh Jamwal (Provincial President NPSU) said that this policy of govt. is totally against the student and youth of Jammu & Kashmir. He said that this policy is not going to provide any benefit to the youth but is going to make them slave of this coalition govt. He said that this govt. is playing with the future of the students and youth in past, present and seems that will be playing in future also. He said that always thousands of youths in state is unemployed and our CM is implementing the policy which will exploit the future of youth as well as State. Jamwal asked a question Why every time the youth and students should suffer? He said this is clear policy of Govt. to spoil career of students which youth and students of J&K will never tolerate.
