| Adv Training Course on 'Ground water' concludes | | | Jammu, Feb 4: The valedictory function of the weeklong Advance Training Course titled "Planning, Estimation and Project Formulation of Projects for Artificial Recharge of Ground Water" was held today at Engineering Institute, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. During this long training course 40 trainees who have came from all over Jammu and Kashmir participated, who were given theoretical lesson as well as practical demonstration in the field at suitable sites selected for construction of dams for artificial recharging of water. The resource persons namely Dr S.S.Grewal and Bhagwan Dass were the key resource persons for the training.
The valedictory function was presided over by S.P .Sharma, IFS, Chief Conservator of Forests while proceedings .
were conducted by R S Jasrotia, IFS, Joint Director, Jammu and vote of thanks was offered by M A Tak, IFS, Joint Director, Kashmir. |
