| PNB opens loans sanctioning HUB | | | JAMMU | JAN 16
Punjab National Bank J&K Zone opened a Housing and Car Loan sanctioning Hub for Jammu district today at Shree Rama Krishna Ashram Building Canal Road Jammu. The HUB shall sanction all Retail loands under Housing and Car loan schemes sourced by all Jammu District branches of the bank. The HUB was inaugurated by OP Aggrawal Regional director Reserve Bank of India. Vivek Arya Zonal Manager Punjab National Bank J&K Zone and he informed the gathering that the HUB has been started to implement HUB and SPOKE MODEL a concept adopted in Retail Lending by PNB as a corporate policy for expenditious disposal of proposal sourced. The incumbent of the HUB shall have adequate Loaning powers to sanction all the proposals sourced to it by Jammu district Branches he added. Arya informed that the HUB shall be PNB’s single Window for car and housing Loans in Jammu District. He also informed that a HUB on similar lines shall be opened a SRINAGAR city to cater to the needs of car and housing loan borrowers of Srinagar District.
