ReT teachers demand regularization in Edu deptt | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 5 : All Jammu and Kashmir ReT Teachers Forum (AJKRTTF) has again appealed the state government to start regularization process of the teachers who have completed seven years in the department. Addressing a meeting, forum president, Vinod Sharma appealed the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and Education Minister Peerzada Muham mad Sayeed to regularize the Educational Volunteers (EV)s as general line teachers who completed their seven years service in March 2010. He also demanded enhancement of honorarium of ReT teachers keeping in view the price rise in recent years. He also appealed the government to provide old pension scheme in favour of ReTs engaged before 2010 by implementing Government Order No-115 Edu-2008. Forum has also demanded transfer policy for regularized teachers and provision of SRO-43. Meanwhile forum members urged the Director of School Education (DSE). Jammu to speed up the regularization process as most of the regularization files are lying in the office for last one year. The forum also urged CEO Udhampur to intervene in the Mid Day meal bills arrears of teachers in district especially in Udhampur zone. Other who spoke on the occasion included Lekh Raj Parihar, Sham Sharma, Sukhdev Singh, Sukesh Khajuria, Ashok Seth, Pritam Goswami Chain Singh, Parmod Sharma Singh, Bhushan Khajuria, Vipin Sharma, Shamsher Singh, Sushil Singh, Anil Sharma, Amit Sharma, Rakesh Salaria and Rakesh Tipathi. |
