| FIR against DD as cop gets electrocuted | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 5:A case has been registered against PDD department when a cop got electrocuted at his residence here at Tallab Tillo under the jurisdiction of Pouni Police Post, sources said adding that a case stands registered against concerned power department. Sources said that the tragic incident took place at noon when the cop namely Sunil Kumar Koul ofAnand Nagar was regulating the voltage. "As soon as he was regulating the voltage, the low voltage turns into high at once, alleged his relatives who staged a protest demonstration against PDD authorities. The body of the deceaed was handed over to his relatives after post-mortem in GMC hospital. Meanwhile a case under section 304 /A RPC has been registered against the PDD by police and investigation is in progress |
