| Seminar organised in JU | | | JAMMU, Feb 6: The Post Graduate Dept. of Commerce, Jammu University in collaboration with J&K Branch of NCRC of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India organized a National Seminar on Accounting Standards and Direct Tax Code in the Seminar Hall of Computer Sciences, University of Jammu. Prof M.P.S Ishar Vice- Chancellor, University of Jammu in his inaugural address stressed the need for streamlining Tax structure and harmonization of accounting standard and introduction of IFRS to ensure proper cross-border flow of capital.
Prof. R D Sharma, Dean Academic Affairs & SAP Co-ordinator highlighted the achievements of the Post-Graduate Dept. of Commerce in terms of Research & Publication, teaching methodology, infrastructure etc. |
