| Many join PDP expressing faith in party leadership | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 6: A meeting of Schedule Caste and Other Backward Classes communities was held at village Bir Pur under the chairmanship of Jamit Chand during which many joined PDP.
Hans Raj Chargotra chairman Schedule Caste and Other Backward Classes Forum of People Democratic Party was the chief guest whereas Bir Bushan and Vinod Jaral attended the meeting as guests of honour.
Chargotra while addressing the gathering explained the achievements of Peoples Democratic Party- Congress regime led by Mufti Mohammed Sayeed. He targeted the present government led by Omar Abdullah and termed it has miserably failed and added that Omar led coalition has turned the clock back to situation that were in early 90s Chargotra further said if people want the peace and prosperity and equal development in the state, and also equal share to all the communities in the government support the peoples democratic party and have a peaceful living. Meanwhile Jamit Chand, Gunga Ram, Babu Ram, Pars Ram, Banarsi Lal and many others joined PDP exuding faith in leadership of the party. |
