NC will not allow divisive politics of PDP, BJP: Rana | | | Early Times Report Nagrota, Feb 7: Reminding the people of the glorious, secular traditions of National Conference, Political Advisor to Chief Minister Devender Singh Rana today said that National Conference will not allow the divisive politics of PDP and communal traits of BJP to flourish in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. Addressing a public gathering after the inauguration of the party office at Sher-e-Kashmir Colony in Panchayat Khanpur of Nagrota assembly constituency, Rana called upon the people to isolate the divisive and communal forces. "Every one of us should work for strengthening secular traits and brotherhood which National Conference has nurtured since ages in Jammu & Kashmir", he said. Rana said that PDP is frustrated by the growing popularity of National Conference - Congress coalition government under the leadership of Omar Abdullah and is indulging in false propaganda and raising hollow slogans to fool and misguide the people. Criticizing the BJP for wedging apart the society in the name of region and religion. Rana said that there are now no taker for such politics especially under the present scenario of awareness, education and accelerated development. Rattan Lal Gupta Provincial President J&K National Conference, Rameshwar Dutt Block President J&K National Conference Block Dansal and Sarpanch Nagrota and Mohammad Amin who joined the National Conference after resigning from the PDP also spoke on the occasion. |
