| Dr Mahajan's Rangmanchiya Pratiman awarded | | | JAMMU, Feb 7: "Rangm anchiya Pratiman Aur Surinder Verma Ka Natak" research work in the field of Hindi drama and theatre by the pioneer theatre activist, scholar, actor and writer Dr Sudhir Mahajan has been selected by the Ministry of Human Resource Development.
The book reflects the critical analysis of Surinder Verma's all full length and short plays with the theatrical consideration in Indian and western perspectives was chosen for prestigious award by the high level selection committee of the Ministry under a special scheme of central Hindi Directorate for propagation and promotion of literature a encouragement and enrichment of Hindi literatures
Dr Sudhir Mahajan will receive an award of Rs 1 lakh from the President of India. |
