| Birth Anniversary of Guru Ravi Dass celebrated at Udhampur | | | Early Times Report
UDHAMPUR, Feb 7 : 635th Birth Anniversary of Guru Ravi Dass ji Maharaj was celebrated with religious fervour and gaiety by Shri Guru Ravi Dass Sabha, Udhampur at Sat Sang Bhawan Udhampur here today. A large number of devotees drawn from different parts of Udhampur district gathered at Sat Sang Bhawan to participate kritan darbar and spiritual sermons. The gathering was addressed by learned personalities who threw light on the teachings of Guru Ji and termed him a one of the greatest Gurus of the world who enlightened the mankind with real knowledge and gave the message of peace and brotherhood. Langar was also served to the Sangat. Earlier, on Sunday an impressive shobha yatra was taken out by Shri Guru Ravi Dass Sabha which after passing through main location of Udhampur town finally culminated at Guru Ravi Dass Bhawan. |
