CCI anguished over deteriorating BSNL services | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 8: Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) expressed deep anguish over the deteriorating services of BSNL mobile facility. Even after the continues efforts it is difficult to get the desired number due to technical snags and congestion. Often the running call gets disconnected and the number becomes out of range / reach. It is a fact that the BSNL has largest number of consumers due to old confidence and first service provider. It is unfortunate that the premier Mobile service provider i.e. BSNL has become complacent about its working. This was issued as a press statement by the CCI president Y V Sharma. We strongly condemn the callous attitude of the service providers. It has to be highlighted that the mobile service has become sine-quanon for civil life. It becomes impossible to carry on the day today activities without this service. Defective service with this regard can cause medical problems to the users of this service. It is of paramount importance that the authorities have to very well weigh that how much the system of the service provider can accommodate the load. The immediate rectification of this service is highly desirable, said CCI president.
