| Police-Public meet held at Malothi | | | DODA| JAN 17
To build confidence among the general masses and redress their problems on the spot, a Police–Public meet was held at village Malothi, Bhaderwah about 25 km from here today.
The meet chaired by M L Mehra ASP Bhaderwah was attended by large number of people of the village and adjoining areas.
During the meet, people projected their demands including proper regulation of traffic on Bhalla- Malothi road, check on liquor smuggling, crime rate and demanded employment in Police to local youths.
The ASP Bhaderwah listened to the problems of people and assured full cooperation to the public. However, some minor problems, projected by the people, were solved on the spot.
In charge Police Post Bhalla Shabir Ahmed and Tariq Bhatt, Abdul Hafiz Bhatt, Suresh Kumar and Rajinder Kumar were among others who attended the meet.
