Foster son writes to Sonia, Omar in support of Peerzada | | | Early Times Report srinagar, Feb 9: Giving a new twist to the exam copying Controversy, state education minister Peerzada Mohammad sayeed's foster son Imam Suban on Thursday wrote latters to AICC president Sonia Gandhi and chief minister Omar Abdullah defending his mother's second husband Sayeed. In his letter Suban has said that he has no direct relation with Peerzada Sayeed and is related to him only because his mother married the minister . "Peerzada Mohammad Sayeed has been made a victim of political conspiracy as if the case of unfair means pertains to the year 2009 why this issue was raked up now"? Suban said in the letter. He said Crime Branch has not asked him for his version, Suban said that Justice has not been done and that is why he has written letters to the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and UPA Chairperson Mrs Sonia Gandhi . "I expected a fair probe by the Crime branch but I am dismayed that they have not contacted me neither I have not been given a chance to get my statement recorded. So I demand reinvestigation of the case so that justice is done , suban said. |
