| Vaishno Devi yatra on amid fresh snowfall | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Feb 12: The pilgrimage to the World famous Shri Mata Vaishno Devi is in progress amid fresh snowfall at the upper reaches and the cave shrine situated in Trikuta Hills of mountainous Reasi district.
''The Vaishno Devi Hills witnessed fresh snowfall overnight which continued till morning but the yatra was not suspended,'' a senior police official here told.
He said the cave shrine and the Bhairon Ghati also had fresh snowfall adding, ''the yatra is on from both the tracks as no untoward incident was reported due to the fresh snowing.'' |
