| JK Police emerging as efficient force: Omar | | | EARLY TIMES report
Jammu, Feb 13: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today said the state police officers were groomed in facing difficult challenges and hard times. "JK Police is emerging as one of the efficient forces in the country and offices at the helm have been groomed in facing challenges and hard times," he said while interacting with an IPS probationers' group which met him here. Flanked by DGP Kuldeep Khoda, Omar told them, "In JK you have to work in a challenging environment, attending both law and order and militancy-related situations simultaneously... situations entirely different in nature." |
