No fresh POK guest, 19 Kashmiris cross to other side of LoC

SRINAGAR, Feb 13 : For the second consecutive week, no fresh guest from Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK) arrived here while 19 Kashmiris crossed over to other side of the Line of Control (LoC). As many as eight Kashmiris, including two women and a child, who had crossed over to POK returned to their homes in the Karvan-e-Aman bus operating between Srina-gar and Muzaffarabad, the capital of POK. Official sources said this afternoon that no POK guest arrived here. This is second consecutive week that no POK guest had arrived here. Harsh winter kept away the POK guests this time as only five had arrived here this year so far. The weekly bus service was cancelled toice on January 23 and 30 due to heavy snowfall. They said 19 Kashm-iris, including nine women and two children, crossed over to other side of the LoC near Kaman post, the last Indian military post in Uri sector.
