| 32nd DRDA governing body meeting held in Rajouri | | | Early Times Report
Rajouri, Feb 15: A meeting of District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) was today organised here in the Dak bungalow of Rajouri.
District Development Commissioner GA Khwaja chaired the meeting while DRDA District Officer Harvinder Kour among others took part in this meeting while Block Development Officers of all the blocks of district and one sarpanch from each block also attended the meeting. This meeting was 32nd DRDA governing body meet after the said government agency was started in the district years back in 1999.
During this 32nd DRDA governing body meet, an overall review of expenditure under the department was made while DRDA District officer Harvinder Kour presented various works undertaken and completed by the agency in the previous quarter.
Along with review, plan for functioning of agency in the next time quarter was made and various projects undertaken in the upcoming time were declared. Along with government officers, panchayt sarpanches one from each block of district projected their demands and prioritized emphasized upon works that needs to be initiated earliest. |
