JAMMU, Feb 15: A 4-day drive was launched in Akhnoor, Jourian and Khour to implement the ban on the polythene bags under the J&K Non-biodegradable material Act 2007 and a fine of Rs. 4460/- was collected by compounding the cases on spot. |
