| EERS organises environment campaign in GMS Rangoora | | | early times report
JAMMU, Feb 15 : The Department of Environment, Ecology and Remote Sensing (EERS) organized Environment Awareness campaign at Govt Middle School (GMS) Rangoora, Jammu today on the theme "Effects of Environment Charges on Our Life".
The students of the School participated in Essay Writing Competitions and in painting Competitions.
Sushil Sharma (ESC) DFO Environment was the chief guest and Mohd Rashid Headmaster of the school presided over the function. Chief Guest and Headmaster spoke on the topic and shared their knowledge with students and local gathering. Safia Akhter (6th) Tas-leem Bibi (8th) Yasmeen Akhtar (8th) were given Ist, 2nd and 3rd prizes in the Essay Writing competition while as in Painting Competition Shabia Bibi (8th) Talil Hussain (7th) and Mohd Sadeeq (7th) were given Ist, 2nd and 3rd prizes respectively. |
