| GGM, SPMR Commerce enter final of football tourney | | | JAMMU | JAN 18
GGM Science College and SPMR Commerce entered into the final of inter collegiate foot ball tournament being played at Jammu University. In the first Semi Final Match GGM Science college defeated PG arts by 6-0 all the six goals were scored from GGM Science College. Rohit sangral took the lead by scoring 1st goal of the match in the 16th minute. Later Jagjeet Singh scored second and third goal in the 24th and 34th minute. 4th goal was scored by Stazen. 5th and 6th goal was scored by Kanav and Arun Sharma.
In the second Semi final, Commerce played brilliantly and defeated MAM College by 2-0 in a keenly contested match. Vivan was the first to struck 1st goal from Commerce College in the 48th minute. Two minutes later Zakhir Hussain scored the second and decisive goal of the match.
Final will be played between SPMR College of Commerce and GGM Science College the match referees were Suresh Gupta, Dr. Daljeet Singh, Sonam Dadul and Dr. Brij Baloria.
